Based in Tillamook, Oregon, Absolute Angling Guide Service offers salmon guided fishing trips in the Northern Oregon Coastal waters. The company was founded by avid fisherman Mike Arnold, with his wife,  Jeanette..  Mike has decades of experience fishing for Chinook and Coho salmon, with a specific interest in developing spinners that attract and catch fish. This quest led Mike to team up with “Spinner Dave Kaffke” of Ninilchik, Alaska, and together, they produce spinners that consistently catch fish.

(New for 2018:  We purchased a new boat that allows us the opportunity to fish near shore bottom fish and ling cod, as well as halibut and salmon in the ocean.  We are very excited as this creates additional opportunities for our customers.)

At Absolute Angling we know that fishing is about much more than just the number of fish caught on any given day. We provide personal, customized, and knowledgeable service to all of our customers.  Mike shares his knowledge about the fishery and local area, and when you hear him say “Fish On!”, and you feel the adrenaline rush, he will coach you as you reel in your fish and assist in netting your catch. A great fishing experience can always be had when you come out on the water with us, and that is a guarantee!
